Sermon: Commandments of Jesus, Pt V – Jonah 4:4

Anger is like fire, and fire can be dangerous to others and ourselves when improperly handled.  Continuing on from last week, we consider how Christians aught to handle anger toward others.  While passion has wonderful, and at times anger plays a part in that passion, it must be tempered with love.  Furthermore, we must be wary of our anger lest we be angry without cause and put ourselves in a prison of our own making.  Only by following’s Christ’s teaching and example can we be angry and sin not.
